Executive, team and wellbeing coaching tailored to real world challenges — so you can lead with energy and impact.

Coaching shouldn't be complicated. Whether you're stepping into a new leadership role, navigating team challenges, or simply feeling stretched too thin — I’ll tailor the focus to meet you where you are.

Here’s how we can work together to create the clarity, energy and performance you need:

Team Coaching:

Turning fragile trust into strong collaboration.

Executive Coaching:

Clarity under pressure. Confidence under scrutiny.

How it works:

This is a 1:1 coaching partnership, personalised to your leadership goals and challenges. We'll co-create the focus together, whether that’s building confidence in a new role, handling complexity, or navigating relationships and decisions under pressure.

What we might work on:

  • Clarifying shared purpose, goals, and roles

  • Improving communication and trust

  • Identifying and addressing tensions or blind spots

  • Aligning behaviours with desired culture

  • Building psychological safety

Optional extras you can add to deepen your coaching programme:
  • 360 feedback and stakeholder interviews

  • Behavioural or personality profiling

  • Health and wellbeing audits

  • Meeting or presentation observations

  • Access to my coaching platform for additional information and tracking support

  • Team feedback diagnostics

Performance & Wellbeing Coaching**

Rebuilding resilience when you’re running on empty.

How it feels:

Practical, structured and focused on resetting how you feel — not just how you perform.

** Performance & Wellbeing coaching support can be stand alone but can also be integrated into Executive or Team Coaching as needed.

How it feels:

Collaborative, focused, and grounded in real-world leadership.

What we might work on:

  • Clarifying your leadership style and presence

  • Improving decision-making and strategic thinking

  • Strengthening relationships with stakeholders and teams

  • Handling difficult conversations or transitions

  • Regaining clarity, confidence, or direction

How it works:

Team coaching focuses on improving how the team works as a system. We’ll explore dynamics, relationships, goals and trust to create the space for stronger collaboration and performance.

How it feels:

Challenging, supportive, and tailored to the unique culture of your team.

Who it's for:

Senior leaders, mid-level managers, and professionals looking to lead with more clarity, confidence, and impact.

Who it’s for:

Leadership teams, cross-functional groups, or intact teams aiming to perform more effectively together.

Who it’s for:

Professionals who are highly capable but stretched thin. If you’re on the edge of burnout, or feel like your energy and motivation have taken a hit, this is for you.

How it works:

This coaching approach is more structured, bringing together evidence-based approaches to stress, sleep, recovery, nutrition and physical resilience. It can be a standalone offer, or integrated into Executive or Team Coaching.

What we’ll work on:

  • Managing stress and improving recovery

  • Restoring sleep and physical energy

  • Building sustainable daily routines

  • Re-establishing personal boundaries

  • Reconnecting with your health, motivation and purpose
